Shipping Policy

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping times Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Iskra is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control (weather, strikes, etc.).

  • Belgium & Netherlands: 2–5 business days
  • Rest of EU: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates at any time.

Customs & import duties For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Iskra is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

Lost or damaged packages Iskra is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect address The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Iskra is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Returns due to non-delivery If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
